Advanced Construction and Fitouts (ACF) acted as both Main Contractor and PSCS, ensuring that all aspects of design coordination, subcontractor oversight, and health and safety compliance were managed with precision. The development was successfully completed on schedule and within budget, meeting all performance, aesthetic, and functional requirements set by the client.
