The project was commissioned by BMC, with Turner Legg Consultants UK acting as the architect. ACF managed the full-cycle delivery of the refurbishment, which included planning, site preparation, structural works, fitout, and final commissioning. As Main Contractor and PSCS, ACF oversaw every stage of the process, ensuring seamless design coordination, effective subcontractor management, and strict compliance with health and safety regulations.

A distinctive feature of this project was the integration of bespoke furniture solutions. All furniture was manufactured by ACF, following the designs provided by Turner Legg Consulting Ltd. This ensured that the final fitout not only met functional requirements but also reflected the client’s vision for a high-quality, cohesive office environment.
