Sandyford
Baxter Healthcare in Sandyford and Deansgrange are one of ACF’s longest standing clients. ACF has provided ongoing maintenance and construction services to Baxter Healthcare for many years now. ACF’s most recent and most complex project with Baxter Healthcare was to replace the facilities roof while allowing the client’s own production to continue without hinderance or contamination of product.
ACFL has acted as Main Contractor for Mondelez Ireland on a number of projects and works repeatedly within many of their facilities in Dublin and the surrounding areas including in the Cadburys Coolock and Tallaght facilities. As Main Contractor ACFL project managed the closure of the Cadbury Tallaght facility. The complexities of this project involved overseeing the removal of processing equipment for delivery to other manufacturing facilities within Europe and the reinstatement of the plant to its original condition for the new owners.
Baxter Healthcare Sandyford: ACL replaced the complete drainage system at this facility while the plant continued in operation. This work included the replacement of the main staff carpark following the drainage replacement. ACF carried out their works while still allowing the staff to park safely and without being inconvenienced, throughout the works.

ACF is a contractor approved by Baxter Healthcare Ltd to carry out specialised works in clean rooms and production areas. ACF is consulted on the maintenance and modification works as they arise.
ACFL’s Work with Baxter Healthcare (Dublin Sites – 10+ Years Experience)
- Providing ongoing maintenance and repair services across two Baxter Healthcare facilities in Dublin for over a decade.
- Scheduled annual cleaning and inspection of roofs and other critical production components.
- Successfully replaced roofs on both buildings while production remained fully operational.
- Car park line marking, floor painting, and warehouse racking installation.
- Replacement of windows, doors, floor covers, and fire doors.
- Installation and replacement of ceilings, including full fire-stopping works.
- Replacement of office air conditioning systems.
- Remodeling of canteens, offices, and general workspaces.
