This project required the complete delivery of a high-quality construction solution, beginning with initial planning and site preparation and continuing through structural works, fitout, and final commissioning. Advanced Construction and Fitouts (ACF) acted as both Main Contractor and PSCS, ensuring that every stage of the process was carefully managed and executed. The development was completed on schedule and within budget, meeting all performance, aesthetic, and functional requirements set by the client.
Throughout the project, ACF oversaw all aspects of design coordination, subcontractor management, and compliance with health and safety regulations. By maintaining clear oversight and effective communication, the team delivered a project that not only met technical and regulatory standards but also reflected ACF’s commitment to excellence in construction and fitout solutions.
